Adding New SIP Connections

Once the new M365 tenant has been added, you can add additional SIP connections for tenant service sites ().

This action is only displayed for Direct Routing Essentials customers.

➢ To add an SBC device:
1. In the Tenants screen, click Add SIP Connection .

2. Click Next to continue. Credentials are validated and the Onboarding wizard opens.

3. Proceed to Onboarding.
